You'll be the driving force behind our conversion efforts, leveraging creative strategies to engage and enroll the next generation of young learners.

Prequel is where the world's most ambitious kids come to learn life skills by building projects with real-world feedback and impact. We run virtual entrepreneurship and passion-based programs for ambitious kids and teens. Through our programs, participants learn vital life skills that are not taught in school, all through engaging, hands-on, and real-world projects.

In this role, you will harness your expertise in content creation and lifecycle marketing to craft stories that resonate deeply with both students and their parents. Your mission will be to drive our engagement metrics from initial lead to enthusiastic enrollment. You are expected to be an innovator, a strategist, and a storyteller who not only follows the trends but sets them.

What you will be doing

  • Create targeted content for various stages of the customer lifecycle, from initial interest to enrollment, including lead magnets and value-add resources.
  • Write compelling blog posts and newsletter articles, enhancing our brand presence and improving search rankings.
  • Crafting email communications to ensure each message is crafted to perfection, engaging our audiences of high school students and their parents and driving action.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Communicating directly with prospective customers
  • Managing existing enrollments

Key responsibilities

  • Growing enrollments by crafting value-add content and engaging emails

Candidate requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a content creation role that includes both lifecycle marketing and email campaign management
  • Currently based in North America, South America, or Europe
