Are you a former high-level athlete turned motivator, mentor, and life coach? Do you believe in the power of sports to teach life’s greatest lessons — grit, teamwork, leadership, and perseverance?

At Sports Academy, powered by 2hr Learning, we're not just fostering the next generation of athletes; we're shaping the future leaders, thinkers, and innovators of our world. With a unique educational model that combines mastery learning with athletic excellence, we offer students the unparalleled opportunity to excel academically while dedicating themselves to the sports they love.

At Sports Academy, you won't be just a coach; you'll be a guide — someone who understands that the journey is as important as the destination. Through high-energy kickoffs, personalized problem-solving sessions, and mentorship in navigating life as a student-athlete, you will ignite the spark of lifelong learning and athletic passion in every student. Join us in a mission where your dedication to sports and personal development turns into the guiding light for aspiring young athletes and scholars.

At Sports Academy, we're more than a school; we're a community committed to excellence. If you're ready to make a difference in the lives of young athletes and scholars, fostering an environment where they can excel academically and athletically, we invite you to apply. Together, we can achieve greatness.

What you will be doing

  • Mentoring and guiding students through social pressures, fostering a supportive and inclusive community.
  • Directing life skills and sports practice sessions in the afternoons, applying athletic disciplines to develop leadership, teamwork, grit, and perseverance.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Traditional teaching or tutoring; instead, you will coach students on how to learn and solve problems effectively.
  • Sitting on the sidelines; active engagement and participation with students in both academic and athletic pursuits are key.
  • Managing students through a one-size-fits-all approach; personalized mentorship and understanding individual motivational triggers are your tools.
