The Administrative Assistant position is a full-time, Austin-based opportunity. You are the first point of contact in the downtown Austin office.

Duties will include:

  • offering administrative support across the organization.

  • You will welcome guests, coordinate front desk activities and respond to requests for assistance.

  • This position will require you to react quickly to new requests, and solve problems in a timely and effective manner while streamlining office operations.

  • Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position.


Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office

Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office

Ensure reception area and conference rooms are stocked and presentable

Manage office storage process

Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries

Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk

Order front office supplies and keep an inventory of stock

Update conference room calendars and schedule meetings

Arrange travel and accommodations

Keep updated records of office expenses and costs

Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing

Proven work experience as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

Proficiency in G Suite products

Vendor management

Detail Oriented

Hands-on experience with office equipment

Professional attitude and appearance

Solid written and verbal communication skills

Ability to be resourceful with a can-do attitude when issues arise

Excellent organizational skills

Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks.

Customer service attitude

High degree of professionalism and high level of comfort interacting with C-level executives and customers

Flawless calendar scheduling and time management skills

International Travel Experience a Plus
