We are looking for a natural leader with a broad network of connections in their city. The City General Manager is a magnet for attracting top talent to consider working at Crossover. If you enjoy the challenge of aggressive weekly goals and a metric based evaluation system, this is a unique opportunity.

Why Crossover?
Crossover recruits and builds world class high performing teams to power the fastest growing portfolio of software products in the world. No other company provides the training and the opportunities to test yourself on the depth and diversity of projects that we do. All roles are location independent so you are guaranteed to work with the best in the world. Challenge yourself. Be part of the change.

As Crossover’s City GM, you will be responsible for driving exceptional growth and making Crossover the premier ‘company of choice’ to work for within your city.

This growth will be measured in the total number of Crossover partners we add in your city - with an addition of 100 in your city as the minimum number for 2018. To accomplish this growth - you will need to establish a physical coworking location for Crossover and establish it as the ‘got to’ spot for the local tech community, become very active in local meetups, be very visible through the local press and nurture local recommendations from our current Crossover partner community in your city. You will be working closely with our local Brand Ambassadors, current partners, local recruiters, and the global executive Crossover teams.
