ERP Software Chief Architect

$ 100k/Year   Flexible   Long-term
Good fit for: Netsuite Consultant, Salesforce consultant, Chief Technical Architect

Do you have the passion and ambition to grow your ERP skills using a revolutionary production model? Do you thrive in an environment of using metrics to make real-time decisions and improve your productivity? Would you rather contribute to a high-quality implementation instead of random customizations? Do you wish you could participate in the design and implementation of a solution from scratch for a $1B organization?  If yes then this role may be for you. Our client organization is moving it’s $1B function onto NetSuite and salesforce.

With the NetSuite team you will be part of the team being shaped to implement NetSuite and to also integrate any newly acquired companies onto the central NetSuite instance. You will assist with architecting and implementing across the global business while also defining and developing a central data structure to support complex finance flows.

“I've grown professionally more than expected since I joined Crossover. I started as an Architect, then was promoted to Chief Architect and after a year became SEM. It all went so fast! I escalated the ladder and got the opportunity to face challenges I never imagined before.”

Why Crossover?
Crossover recruits and builds world class high performing teams to power the fastest growing portfolio of software products in the world. No other company provides the training and the opportunities to test yourself on the depth and diversity of projects that we do. All roles are location independent so you are guaranteed to work with the best in the world. Challenge yourself. Be part of the change.

As an ERP Chief Software Architect you will join our client organization and be in one of two teams.

One team is responsible for the setup and daily running of the NetSuite implementation. In this team you will be responsible for the operational aspects of NetSuite, configuration, and supporting the day to day business needs. You will also be architecting and implementing a NetSuite solution across a global business. You will define and develop a central data structure to support complex finance flows. As an ERP Chief Architect you will work with the key stakeholders to design functions and prototypes for implementation.

You may also join a Salesforce implementation team where our team is constantly making improvements to the Salesforce workflow and integrating with other systems in the organization.

Our client organization is constantly acquiring new companies and, therefore, another team within the central engineering function is responsible to integrate newly acquired companies into the implemented NetSuite or Salesforce version. If you join this team you will largely work on the integration of data from the acquired company into the implemented NetSuite or Salesforce instance. You will write functional requirements, design functions, build prototypes, and implement, test, train, outline support procedures, lead work streams, and do the implementation.

To apply for a role at Crossover, you will go through a series of online tests, usually during the online hiring event. If you pass these tests, you will be offered the opportunity to participate in our four-full-time week Remote Camp training program. This is elite training taught by our top instructors.

Here’s what our graduates have to say about Remote Camp,

"I am very pleased to say that because of Crossover's unorthodox and unique way of transferring the knowledge through (Paired sessions, coaching sessions with CSMs), I have never been more confident in my technical skills and abilities for my role."
-Mikael F

"The CTO Remote Camp was another thing that motivated me. I wanted to see how CTOs across the globe work and learn from them."
-Javed Z

"I've been with the company since Aug (been part of the second Remote Camp) and since then I've learned SQL, databases, servers, tapes, other content management systems etc- and that's only been in 3 months. Usually when I'm in a new company, I learned a lot about their platform, their tools etc during the length of my time with them but never at this speed!"
-Monnaliza T

It is offered as soon as you want to get started. You will be compensated for 40 hrs/ week at the hourly rate for the role you are applying to. Remote Camp training is an excellent opportunity to learn about our culture, expectations, tools, processes, and procedures. It's an intensive and demanding program, but every graduate is guaranteed a job at the end of it.
