Job Description

Leveraging a skillset that includes strategic marketing, analytics, and customer experience, you will be part of a large, close-knit team to provide industry leading customer success for critical growth initiatives and key partnerships. You will be responsible for troubleshooting individual customer problems, managing customer escalations, and managing a team of Customer Support Agents.

What you will be doing 

  • Your job is to increase revenue by developing and executing an effective strategy to maintain and improve customer satisfaction.
  • You will be required to act as a sales enabler, with your role requiring a strategic focus on retention, hyper-focusing on customers, and the ability to work with sales and support teams.
  • Provide leadership and operational support, and be responsible for the skill sets of the employee team.
  • You will take responsibility for the adoption and ongoing use of products and solve problems. This will include multitasking to make sure that our customers have a seamless experience as they move through their adoption process.
  • Assisting customers by providing inbound, outbound, and remote product support.
  • You will conduct customer discovery, develop customer success initiatives, and be a resource to the broader business.

What you will not be doing

There is no pressure on cold calling or closing deals with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a strategy for customer success and work with sales to align on objectives
  • Partner with product teams to understand customer needs and find ways to address them
  • Work with engineering teams on outstanding issues in an effort to find viable solutions
  • Work with support teams on escalations 
  • Establish standards of service level agreements (SLA) for the team-partnering with other internal stakeholders
  • Develop performance metrics for the team

Candidate Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree with a preferred specialization in business, marketing, technology, or a related field.
