What you will be doing
  • Solving cases: Troubleshooting any issues or inquiries a candidate may have about the employment process on Crossover
  • Profile updates: Ensuring candidate profiles are up-to-date with the latest information to help determine suitability for a role
  • Closing: The best part of the job - offering successful candidates their dream role and assisting with the onboarding process where necessary
What you will NOT be doing
  • Cold-calling potential candidates to fill roles
  • Negotiating pay rates
  • Chasing quotas and commissions
  • Working with the same clients day in, day out

Candidate Requirements
  • At least 1 year of professional customer-facing experience (customer support, technical support, recruitment, or HR)


$30k/year ($15/hour)
