What you will be doing
- Solving cases: Troubleshooting any issues or inquiries a candidate may have about the employment process on Crossover
- Profile updates: Ensuring candidate profiles are up-to-date with the latest information to help determine suitability for a role
- Closing: The best part of the job - offering successful candidates their dream role and assisting with the onboarding process where necessary
What you will NOT be doing
- Cold-calling potential candidates to fill roles
- Negotiating pay rates
- Chasing quotas and commissions
- Working with the same clients day in, day out

Candidate Requirements
- At least 1 year of professional customer-facing experience (customer support, technical support, recruitment, or HR)
