Description

Join Alpha to revolutionize education as a visionary eSports Coach! Lead, inspire, and transform the future of learning with us.

What you will be doing

  • Lead and mentor a dynamic team of Guides to execute the Alpha learning system with unmatched excellence.
  • Craft and refine Guide Playbooks, optimizing facilitation techniques, engaging activities, and overcoming challenges.
  • Deliver impactful feedback to Guides, driving unparalleled student engagement and success.
  • Personally mentor a select group of students, showcasing elite coaching and motivational skills.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Creating traditional lesson plans—focus on training Guides to leverage adaptive learning technologies.
  • Compromising on standards—uphold and maintain our high expectations for success.
  • Conducting mundane training sessions—your approach will be lively, interactive, and hands-on.

Key responsibilities

Empower and develop a team of Guides to achieve world-class implementation of the Alpha learning system.

Candidate requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years in education, coaching, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in innovative educational program development.
  • Exceptional leadership and mentoring abilities to cultivate high-performing teams.
  • Experience engaging with youth in educational or developmental settings.
  • Strong data analysis skills to influence decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Commitment to working on-site in Austin, Houston, Fort Worth, Tampa, Orlando, or West Palm Beach.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
