Are you a technical visionary who sees legacy software not as a burden, but as an opportunity for AI-driven transformation? We're seeking a Senior Software Architect who can revolutionize how enterprise software evolves in the age of AI.

What you will be doing

  • Architect and implement AI-powered solutions that automate complex engineering processes and modernize legacy systems
  • Make decisive technical choices that prioritize simplicity and long-term sustainability while driving immediate business value
  • Lead technical strategy across product portfolios, acting as a product CTO to guide critical architectural decisions

What you will NOT be doing

  • Spend endless hours in status meetings and bureaucratic processes - we've automated the overhead
  • Manage large teams or focus primarily on people leadership - this is a technical decision-making role
  • Create theoretical architectures that never see implementation - your solutions will be deployed and drive real impact

Key responsibilities

Transform legacy enterprise software into modern, AI-enhanced systems that dramatically reduce operational costs while accelerating innovation and value delivery.

Candidate requirements

  • 7+ years of experience making the important architecture and design decisions on software projects, such as the application of architecture design patterns or significant open source technologies
  • 2+ years of experience making design decisions involving the use of cloud computing services (primarily AWS)
  • 4+ years of experience in positions with full technical and delivery ownership on a revenue-generating product
  • Experience building product features that make advanced use of Generative AI
  • Experience using Generative AI to simplify work processes
