What you will be doing

  • Leverage advanced CRM tools, LinkedIn, organizational charts, and AI-enhanced templates to identify and connect with key decision-makers through personalized outreach campaigns
  • Support customer navigation through our self-service renewals platform, utilizing AI-curated resources and providing direct intervention when automated solutions aren't sufficient
  • Orchestrate the renewals communication channel by sorting customer inquiries, evaluating AI-suggested categorizations and responses, and ensuring timely, customized replies via Salesforce

What you will NOT be doing

  • Reciting formulaic, impersonal sales pitches throughout your workday
  • Handling general technical support or troubleshooting calls
  • Promoting a single, unchanging product offering indefinitely
