Description

The strength of a company’s customer service offering can make a huge difference to its retention rates, directly impacting profitability. On average, companies with the strongest omni-channel customer support strategies retain customers up to 3x better than their competitors.

At CopperTree, we are helping companies provide exceptional omni-channel support to their customers. Our subscription model for cloud-delivered customer care products means SMBs can serve their customers across live chat, email, Facebook, and Twitter at a fraction of the cost of the legacy players.

To ensure our offering is future-ready, our focus is on moving customers from legacy-hosted products to our SaaS solution. We need someone to help us do that. The ideal candidate for this role is an experienced C# developer and SQL Server expert who is familiar with Azure. This is not a position for those who don’t like reading source code or writing database queries.

Our team supports multiple enterprise software products and our library of software products will continue to grow. Not only will you have the opportunity to learn and work with these products, but you will also become a deep technical expert in migrating legacy systems to the cloud infrastructure. If you would love to be faced with new and complex challenges every day, apply to join us now!

What you will be doing

  • Migrating customer data from legacy platforms to the cloud infrastructure

What you will NOT be doing

  • Working on the same product all year
  • Addressing user-specific requests or conducting customer-facing issue resolution

Key responsibilities

  • Driving customer adoption of our cloud delivered solutions by migrating data from legacy platforms and integrating our solutions to achieve a more efficient way of working.

Candidate requirements

  • Professional experience coding in C#
  • Professional experience using Microsoft SQL Server
