Description

Are you a project manager with a strong business acumen and experience managing complex Salesforce projects? Do you have a knack for anticipating customer needs and a strategic mindset that keeps projects within time, budget, and scope?

Trilogy’s AI-First Professional Services team’s mission is to revitalize businesses by prioritizing customer success, AI-driven technology refactoring, and strategic realignment. As part of our 2025 strategy, we’re driving innovative approaches to evolving Salesforce-native CPQ applications. Our goal is to build a lean, highly efficient team capable of addressing complex architecture challenges while streamlining workflows with AI-driven automation.

In this role, you will actively drive both project success and business growth opportunities. That may seem like a heavy workload, but you will be expected to lean heavily on AI to work smart, not hard. Success in this role means constantly learning, especially in the realm of AI and CPQ. You should be comfortable with fast-moving environments and have a background in configuring and implementing technology solutions that make a real impact for customers.

If you are excited by the prospect of leading transformative projects, collaborating with forward-thinking clients, and utilizing AI to deliver innovative solutions, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

What you will be doing

  • Project Management: Lead the end-to-end management of Salesforce/CPQ projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for project success while identifying business development opportunities.
  • Upsell & Business Development: Proactively identify upsell opportunities within existing projects, positioning additional services and solutions that align with customer needs.
  • AI-Driven Automation: Leverage AI tools to automate project tracking, reporting, and communication, ensuring efficiency across your project portfolio.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of complex projects, ensuring they stay within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, confidently address their needs, and identify opportunities for additional services or upsell potential.

Candidate requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in managing complex projects
  • At least some technical familiarity with Salesforce environments
  • Experience using generative AI tools, such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini, to automate repetitive tasks
