What you will be doing

  • Designing and implementing features for customers, including coding, testing, and deployment
  • Investigating issues and bugs escalated by Support, Professional Services team, etc
  • Providing feedback to the Product Management team on the technical aspects of the products

What you will NOT be doing

  • Maintaining existing, sub-standard solutions
  • Simply designing solutions and not implementing them

Key responsibilities

You will have end-to-end ownership of the technical design and implementation of features for our customers' platforms. 

Candidate requirements

  • Experience coding with Cloud Infrastructure (GCP, AWS, Azure), Docker/Kubernetes
  • Experience migrating applications to Kubernetes
  • Experience as a DevOps/Site Reliability Engineer
