IgniteTech is an enterprise software company that has unique operating models across all our functions, be it sales, recruitment, engineering, or even simply how we perform our day-to-day work. In this role, you will act as a shadow-CEO, attending meetings on the CEO’s behalf, hiring the best talent, optimizing our operations across different functions, and improving our workflows and delivery. You will be exposed to a truly unique way of working, face new challenges, tackle new tasks, and ensure that every part of the company is operating as smoothly as possible.

What you will be doing

  • Scheduling meetings for the CEO with other stakeholders, ensuring that proper agendas are communicated to all participants
  • Completing HR and hiring tasks, such as headcount budgeting and new staff onboarding
  • Continuously streamlining workflows and processes to simplify work and increase delivery efficiency across different teams

What you will NOT be doing

  • Monitoring operations or performing routine organizational tasks without a focus on improvement
  • Directly managing team members and assigning tasks

Key responsibilities

  • Optimize workflow and productivity management, and adequate staffing to meet hiring demands
  • Facilitate routine admin tasks and meetings for the CEO, enabling more efficient CEO operation

Candidate requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, or similar
  • Proficiency using GenAI tools, such as ChatGPT or Perplexity
