You are looking for a system to own. If you have personally run endpoint fleets, SaaS access, and hardware procurement at scale — and you would rather build the operational backbone yourself than direct people who build it — this role is structured for you. This is a senior individual contributor seat. No direct reports. Full ownership.
2 Hour Learning is scaling a new model for K-12 powered by AI-driven personalized learning. New campuses launch on a steady cadence, and the difference between a campus that opens on time and one that does not often comes down to a single operational thread: are the devices provisioned, are the SaaS licenses active, are the comms tools configured? We are hiring a VP-level operator to own that thread end-to-end across a growing network.
You will run device procurement across Dell, HP, Apple, and Lenovo; administer MDM and provisioning workflows; manage SaaS accounts and renewals across 14+ platforms; and execute the campus technology onboarding playbook (Google Voice, Zoom Phone, Zoom Rooms). You will set the standard for how this function operates — the SOPs, the automation, the AI-assisted workflows — and you will be the one executing against it.
If you want a senior IC role with clear ownership, measurable launch outcomes, and the autonomy to build the operating system rather than fight a ticket queue, we would like to meet you.
This role exists so that every campus opens and operates on schedule because devices, SaaS access, and launch technology are fully provisioned and working before day one.
