Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Exceptional public speaking abilities with proven capacity to captivate and energize audiences
- Demonstrated passion for connecting with, inspiring, and motivating K-8th grade students
- Minimum 3 years of child coaching or mentoring experience
- Legal authorization to work in the Bahamas without visa sponsorship
- Commitment to working on-site in Nassau
- Availability to complete paid training at our Austin, TX headquarters
