What you will be doing

What you will NOT be doing

  • Delivering conventional lectures or adhering to rigid curriculum frameworks—you are neither a tutor nor a teaching assistant
  • Treating education as merely academic advancement while neglecting personal development
  • Restricting learning to traditional methodologies when innovation and technology offer superior pathways

Candidate requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Exceptional public speaking abilities with proven capacity to captivate and energize audiences
  • Demonstrated passion for connecting with, inspiring, and motivating K-8th grade students
  • Minimum 3 years of child coaching or mentoring experience
  • Legal authorization to work in the Bahamas without visa sponsorship
  • Commitment to working on-site in Nassau
  • Availability to complete paid training at our Austin, TX headquarters
