- Utilizing AI and adaptive learning tools to personalize education, allowing students to progress at their own pace.
- Fostering a culture of growth, learning, and ambition, guiding students to discover their strengths and interests.
- Contributing to the continuous innovation and improvement of Alpha's educational model, sharing insights and ideas.
- Leading impactful life skills workshops that prepare students for lifelong success.
What you will NOT be doing
- Falling into the routine of traditional educational methods; no stuffy lectures or rigid lesson plans. You're neither a tutor nor a teaching assistant.
- Overlooking the importance of personal growth and development within the educational journey.
- Limiting students to conventional learning tools and methods, ignoring the power of technology and innovation.

Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any subject
- Strong public speaking skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage and energize audiences
- A desire to connect, inspire, and motivate K-8th grade students
- 3 years' experience coaching or mentoring children
- Legal right to work in the Bahamas without visa sponsorship
- Willingness to work in-person in Nassau
- Able to attend a paid training program at our Austin, TX campus
