What you will be doing

  • Igniting curiosity and inspiring a limitless mindset in students through engaging, peer-level connections.
  • Utilizing AI and adaptive learning tools to personalize education, allowing students to progress at their own pace.
  • Fostering a culture of growth, learning, and ambition, guiding students to discover their strengths and interests.
  • Contributing to the continuous innovation and improvement of Alpha's educational model, sharing insights and ideas.
  • Leading impactful life skills workshops that prepare students for lifelong success.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Falling into the routine of traditional educational methods; no stuffy lectures or rigid lesson plans. You're neither a tutor nor a teaching assistant.
  • Overlooking the importance of personal growth and development within the educational journey.
  • Limiting students to conventional learning tools and methods, ignoring the power of technology and innovation.

Candidate requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any subject
  • Strong public speaking skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage and energize audiences
  • A desire to connect, inspire, and motivate K-8th grade students
  • 3 years' experience coaching or mentoring children
  • Legal right to work in the Bahamas without visa sponsorship
  • Willingness to work in-person in Nassau
  • Able to attend a paid training program at our Austin, TX campus
