What you will be doing

  • Inspiring curiosity and fostering a limitless mindset in students through engaging, peer-level connections.
  • Employing AI and adaptive learning tools to tailor education, enabling students to progress at their own pace.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Adhering to traditional educational routines; there are no dull lectures or rigid lesson plans. You are neither a tutor nor a teaching assistant.
  • Neglecting the significance of personal growth and development within the educational journey.
  • Restricting students to conventional learning tools and methods, ignoring the potential of technology and innovation.

Candidate requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • Strong public speaking skills, with a proven ability to engage and energize audiences
  • A passion for connecting, inspiring, and motivating K-8th grade students
  • 3 years of experience in coaching or mentoring children
  • Legal authorization to work in the Bahamas without visa sponsorship
  • Willingness to work in-person in Nassau
  • Ability to attend a paid training program at our Austin, TX campus
