What you will be doing

- Adhering to traditional educational routines; there are no dull lectures or rigid lesson plans. You are neither a tutor nor a teaching assistant.

- Restricting students to conventional learning tools and methods, ignoring the potential of technology and innovation.

Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Strong public speaking skills, with a proven ability to engage and energize audiences
- A passion for connecting, inspiring, and motivating K-8th grade students
- 3 years of experience in coaching or mentoring children
- Legal authorization to work in the Bahamas without visa sponsorship
- Willingness to work in-person in Nassau
- Ability to attend a paid training program at our Austin, TX campus
