What You'll Need to Succeed:
- 📚 Bachelor's degree (any field - we value diverse perspectives)
- 🎤 Proven ability to captivate and energize audiences through powerful public speaking
- 💫 Genuine passion for inspiring K-8th grade students
- 👥 3+ years of child coaching or mentoring experience
- 📍 Ability to work in the Bahamas (must have work authorization)
- ✈️ Availability to complete paid training at our Austin, TX headquarters
- 🏝️ Commitment to working on-site in Nassau
