What you will be doing

  • Inspire and ignite curiosity in students, fostering a limitless mindset through engaging, peer-level interactions.
  • Utilize AI and adaptive learning tools to tailor education, allowing students to progress at their unique pace.
  • Cultivate an environment of growth, ambition, and discovery, guiding students to uncover their strengths and passions.
  • Lead the continuous innovation and enhancement of Alpha's educational model, sharing insights and ideas.
  • Conduct impactful life skills workshops that prepare students for lifelong success.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Adhering to traditional, rigid educational methods with lectures and fixed lesson plans.
  • Neglecting personal growth and development within the educational journey.
  • Restricting students to outdated learning tools, ignoring technological advancements and innovations.

Your mission is to deliver on Alpha's promises, helping students embrace a limitless mindset and fostering an environment where learning knows no bounds.

Candidate requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any subject.
  • Strong public speaking skills with a proven ability to engage and energize audiences.
  • A passion to connect, inspire, and motivate K-8th grade students.
  • Three years' experience in coaching or mentoring children.
  • Legal right to work in the Bahamas without visa sponsorship.
  • Willingness to work in-person in Nassau.
  • Ability to attend a paid training program at our Austin, TX campus.
