What you will be doing

What you will NOT be doing
- Replicating conventional educational approaches – no monotonous lectures or inflexible curriculum delivery (you're neither a traditional tutor nor teaching assistant)
- Neglecting the crucial personal development aspects that complement academic learning
- Restricting students to outdated learning methodologies while ignoring technological advancements and innovative approaches
Key responsibilities
Your core purpose is to fulfill Alpha's commitment to students by cultivating a mindset without boundaries and creating a learning atmosphere where potential is unlimited and exploration is encouraged.
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field of study
- Exceptional presentation and public speaking abilities with proven capacity to captivate and inspire audiences
- Genuine passion for connecting with, inspiring, and motivating elementary and middle school students (K-8)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in child-focused coaching or mentorship roles
- Authorization to work in the Bahamas without requiring visa sponsorship
- Commitment to working on-site in Nassau
- Availability to participate in a fully compensated training program at our Austin, Texas headquarters
