Description

Ready to escape the endless cycle of minor design tweaks? Step into true creative ownership. As our Lead Visual Designer, you'll architect the visual language, implement the system, launch impactful work, and directly influence our growth metrics. If you're a designer with an art director's vision and a production team's execution skills, this is your calling.

Take command of the visual narrative across our educational brand portfolio. Your daily mission: craft distinctive campaign aesthetics, design conversion-focused assets, and maintain a dynamic web presence that helps families discover our revolutionary learning model—where students achieve more in less time and genuinely enjoy education. You'll collaborate with content strategists, performance marketers, and enrollment specialists to transform concepts into assets that drive meaningful metrics: engagement, applications, and enrollments.

We operate at high velocity, emphasize authentic storytelling, and demand excellence. Your role is to develop scalable design systems spanning digital ads, landing pages, email campaigns, social media, print collateral, presentations, and event materials—always on-brand, always optimized for conversion. Bring us a portfolio showcasing work that's visually striking, message-forward, and results-driven. Then help us replicate that success, more efficiently, across multiple initiatives and brands.

What you will be doing

  • Spearheading visual strategy and executing designs across all touchpoints—web, print, email, social, advertising, and events—with a focus on driving measurable enrollment growth.
  • Creating and updating website elements and templates to support new initiatives, conversion testing, and ongoing campaigns with rapid deployment capabilities.
  • Developing scalable design frameworks, component libraries, and templating systems that maintain brand consistency while allowing campaign differentiation.
  • Collaborating with content creators, marketing specialists, and photographers to transform strategic briefs into compelling visual narratives, with continuous optimization based on performance analytics.
  • Independently producing high-caliber assets under deadline pressure, managing the entire process from conceptualization through finalization and handover.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Work within inflexible guidelines that suppress your strategic contributions or creative solutions.
  • Create visually appealing but ineffective designs without consideration for campaign objectives, target audience psychology, or performance indicators.
  • Handle mundane design tasks that don't leverage your creative leadership or innovative thinking.

Key responsibilities

Create refined, brand-consistent, narrative-driven marketing and digital assets that elevate awareness and boost enrollment figures across our portfolio of educational brands.

Candidate requirements

  • Proficiency with industry-standard design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva.
  • Demonstrated history of creating sophisticated, on-brand assets across digital and print media that effectively drive engagement and conversion metrics.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience transforming marketing briefs into visually compelling, results-oriented deliverables.
  • Adept at managing concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment while consistently meeting deadlines.
  • Portfolio demonstrating creative, narrative-focused marketing and event design across multiple formats.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with receptiveness to feedback and ability to implement revisions efficiently.
  • Capability to work remotely while maintaining availability during US business hours (8am–8pm Eastern Time).
