This means managing everything from infrastructure to finances, systems, and regulatory approvals—all while adhering to strict timelines. We're on the lookout for senior operators to take charge of one of four pivotal areas: approvals, onboarding, or finance. You'll have complete ownership, without the need for committee approvals or handoffs. It's your mission, your strategy, and your chance to create a well-oiled machine.
We're not seeking advisors. We're looking for former MBB+ consultants who are eager to transition from recommending to owning. This role is crafted for individuals who excel in uncertainty but demand mission clarity—those who can transform a blank slate into a strategic plan and then drive that plan to fruition.
2 Hour Learning fuels Alpha, GT School, and other high-performance K–12 institutions, all founded on a daring concept: students can master a year's worth of content in just two focused hours daily. The rest of the day is dedicated to passion projects and personal growth. Our schools blend real-time data, adaptive learning, and skilled mentorship—providing students with both structure and freedom to flourish.
