What you will be doing

  • Take ownership of one key area in our national launch plan, focusing on regulatory approvals, onboarding systems, or financial operations.
  • Lead cross-functional teams with full authority and responsibility.
  • Create and refine operational playbooks, testing their effectiveness in real-time scenarios.
  • Work closely with founders, team leads, and campus staff to establish robust launch-ready infrastructure.
  • Utilize AI and automation to optimize operations and speed up project execution.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Acting as an advisor — this position goes beyond strategy.
  • Navigating through bureaucratic layers — you’ll have direct access to decision-makers.
  • Focusing on a single market — you'll manage multiple projects across diverse locations.
  • Waiting for direction — you’ll be the one to define it.
  • Passing off difficult decisions — they’re yours to handle.

Key responsibilities

Lead and deliver a core operational component of 2HL’s national school expansion with precision and speed. While we’ll guide you to the right pillar, the domain you manage will be entirely under your control.

Candidate requirements

We’re looking for dynamic leaders across various operations domains. Essential qualities include speed, clarity, systematic thinking, and the drive to execute with vigor.

Applicants should have:

  • Minimum of 3 years at a premier strategy consultancy (McKinsey, Bain, BCG).
  • Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional operations under high-pressure, uncertain conditions.
  • Expertise in one or more areas: regulatory processes, onboarding systems, or large-scale financial operations.
  • Ability to think structurally and execute decisively — transitioning seamlessly from plan to action.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. and the flexibility to travel approximately one week per month.
  • Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to enhance workflow and speed up delivery.
