Description

Ready to trade PowerPoint decks for real-world impact? Here's your chance to be the architect of educational transformation.

At 2 Hour Learning, we're not just growing - we're revolutionizing K-12 education with an ambitious expansion of 25-30 new campuses in the next six months. Our innovative model proves that students can master a year's worth of content in just two focused hours daily, freeing up time for creativity and personal growth.

We're seeking action-oriented leaders who can transform vision into reality. As a former top-tier consultant, you'll step beyond the advisory role to take full ownership of critical operational domains. No bureaucratic hurdles. No endless approvals. Just pure execution power backed by private equity funding and a proven educational model.

If you're ready to exchange strategy presentations for tangible results and build something extraordinary, we want to hear from you.

What you will be doing

Your mission, should you choose to accept it:

  • Spearhead a crucial domain of our national expansion strategy - be it regulatory compliance, systems implementation, or financial operations
  • Exercise complete decision-making authority while leading cross-functional teams to success
  • Pioneer and validate new operational playbooks in real-world conditions
  • Work shoulder-to-shoulder with founders and key stakeholders to build robust launch infrastructure
  • Leverage cutting-edge AI solutions to optimize operations and accelerate growth

What you will NOT be doing

Let's be clear about what this role isn't:

  • This isn't a consulting gig - we need doers, not advisors
  • No navigating corporate hierarchies - you'll have direct access to decision-makers
  • Not limited to single-market operations - you'll orchestrate multiple geographical initiatives
  • No waiting for perfect information - you'll chart the course through ambiguity
  • Zero responsibility deflection - you own the decisions and their outcomes

Key responsibilities

Your core mission is to design, implement, and scale one fundamental operational pillar of 2HL's nationwide school launch initiative. We'll align your expertise with the perfect pillar, but once it's yours, you're the captain of that ship.

Candidate requirements

The ideal candidate will bring a powerful combination of strategic thinking and execution excellence. Here's what we're looking for:

  • Minimum 3-year tenure at MBB (McKinsey, Bain, or BCG), with a proven ability to translate strategy into action
  • Demonstrated success managing complex operations in fast-paced, uncertain environments
  • Exceptional expertise in either regulatory compliance, onboarding systems, or large-scale financial operations
  • Self-driven problem solver who can execute independently with minimal guidance
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. and ability to travel approximately one week per month
  • Proficiency with AI tools and enthusiasm for leveraging technology to enhance operational efficiency
