What you will be doing

<li>Architect and deploy transformative AI solutions that redefine software development efficiency</li>
<li>Fine-tune and integrate advanced LLMs to create innovative AI-powered products and features</li>
<li>Lead the automation of internal processes through sophisticated AI implementation</li>
<li>Drive the evolution of our AI-first development approach across multiple projects</li>
</ul>
What you will NOT be doing
<ul>
<li>Writing traditional code from scratch when AI solutions can be leveraged</li>
<li>Maintaining legacy systems that don't utilize AI capabilities</li>
<li>Performing basic code reviews that can be automated</li>
<li>Working on projects that don't have a significant AI component</li>
</ul>
Key responsibilities
Drive the transformation of our software development lifecycle through strategic implementation of Generative AI solutions, resulting in accelerated product releases and enhanced customer satisfaction.
Candidate requirements
<ul>
<li>Demonstrated AI-first mindset with proven ability to leverage AI tools as primary solution drivers</li>
<li>Minimum 1 year of professional software engineering experience with quantifiable impacts</li>
<li>Proven expertise with GenAI code assistants (Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, v0.dev)</li>
<li>Track record of successful Generative AI implementations with measurable business impact</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with multiple LLM platforms (GPT, Claude, Mistral) in business contexts</li>
