Marketing Manager

$ 100k/Year  ($ 50/Hour for 40 hours of productive work per week)  Remote Position   Long-term

In our enterprise software space, our Marketing Manager will serve as a vital member of the marketing team and be able to implement detailed marketing plans according to the company objectives. You will execute the SEO and PPC campaigns and experiment with different tools of Online and Digital marketing methods. You will continuously improve Demand generation and work closely with sales to get the best leads for closing new business.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

As a Marketing Manager - you will work closely with the VP of Marketing to revamp overall marketing strategy and vision.

You will be operationalizing and executing inbound and outbound marketing campaigns aimed to generate quality leads across a variety of digital channels - including Google and Facebook.

We believe the best marketing managers are incredibly detail oriented and continually experiment best A/B test for their campaigns. You will be closely monitoring the demand generation leads, identifying any deviations for committed results in time to take the right decision and changes to achieve the desired results.

You will be optimizing SEO/SEM, PPC, email marketing, social media targeting and driving website improvements. It will be important that you’ve had a long history of executing campaigns in the B2B software space.

In this role, you have to be excited about generating growth, improve volume and quality of MQLs using all kind of Digital Marketing toolkits. This Is hands-on and be super data rich-type of position.

As Marketing Manager you will:

  • Execute and operationalize B2B mid-market software digital marketing strategy

  • Close monitoring conversion rates along customer journey funnel to identify any deviation of the committed results

  • Execute marketing campaigns across Google, Facebook and other media to generate quality leads

  • Propose continuous experiments to increase number of quality leads while reducing the CAC

 
 
ONLINE HIRING EVENT



A hiring event is a scheduled online event where all our relevant testing relating to a role is conducted on the same day. Submissions received during the event are graded the following week, and successful candidates notified if they have progressed to the next round which is an online interview with a Hiring Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Each week - you will work across several acquired companies to:

Operationalize inbound marketing campaigns across Google Adwords and Facebook

Monitor and propose A/B experiments to optimize keywords buys

Execute the marketing strategies intended for increase quality and quantity of MQLs

Pair with ISR and SDR teams to identify gaps through lead scoring and metrics deviation

Track conversion rates and making improvements to the demand generation strategies

Utilize a range of techniques including SEM, SEO, and PPC

Improve the usability, design, content, and conversion of the company on multiple marketing campaigns to improve demand generation

Track competitor activities

 
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

To be an effective Marketing Manager in our organization, you need to meet the following requirements:

5+ years of experience as a Marketing Manager or similar senior marketing role, with a focus on the digital lead generation for B2B with the minimum responsibility of 2M USD in budget

At least 3 years of hands-on expertise in inbound marketing - from lead scoring to SEO/SEM and PPC

Proven success and experience in deploying Google Adwords and Facebook targeting to drive leads Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google analytics, NetInsight or WebTrends)

Ability to work independently, while being able to collaborate with team members located all around the world

Strong organizational skills & highly coachable

A passion for working in a fast-moving high-growth environment

Excellent English, written and oral communication, and presentation skills

 
 
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
 

In your role as Marketing Manager, you will master the art of lead generation from lead scoring to SEO/SEM and PPC.  You will understand the usage of machine learning lead-scoring methods and automated keyword buying. Your marketing execution skills will be transformed, delivering results not in months - but in weeks.

You will learn to pivot quickly and be taught how to be responsive to business needs.   • What does a typical day look like for the Marketing Manager?

    The Marketing Manager will execute the day-to-day digital strategy plan of inbound marketing programs, including integrated campaign management, database, and email marketing, paid search, online programs, website, pipeline acceleration for direct sales and distribution channels. They will conduct the monitoring of the funnel marketing conversion rates and close follow up of the leads to identify blocks or alternative bias in the strategy to convert them more cost-effectively.

  • Can you give some example metrics/deliverables for the job of Marketing Manager?

    The organization's goals revolve around weekly targets. The volume and quality of MQL is the KPI measurement for each priority pipeline. We also take into account the cost per click reduction, cost per lead, cost per MQL, and cost per acquisition. The Marketing Manager is intended to work with sales to drive success in SDR qualification, ISR conversion and the lead nurturing process.
