This role is responsible for maintaining the accounting books for over 100 subsidiaries. You will be working across end-to-end accounting functions, including GL, AP, AR, O2C, payroll, and collections, preparing and analyzing journal entries and reconciliations, and performing finance allocations across departments and subsidiaries.

What you will be doing

  • Handle the accounting of all transactions for Trilogy's vast number of entities and their respective end customers; building quotes and invoices, purchase orders, applying incoming payments, managing cash positions, and paying suppliers will be core to your role
  • Reconcile accounts, resolving discrepancies and collaborating across various inance and non-Finance functions effectively
  • Analyze and post journals, produce data analysis and reports and assist with variance analysis
  • Review month-end close reports and call out problems you detect

Candidate requirements

  • CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA or MBA
  • 3+ years of professional finance experience
  • Hands-on experience in each of the following areas: Accounts Payable (or PTP), Accounts Receivable (or OTC), Accounting (or RTR), Statutory/Management Reporting
  • Professional experience working with Netsuite
  • Experience using generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Bing, Claude, Bard) in a professional setting
  • Availability to work in 12-hour shifts 3 or 4 times per week
