We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Software Engineering Leader, who brings outstanding managerial and Salesforce solutions capabilities to support technical teams for a multi-million-dollar revenue enterprise.

The Salesforce Engineering Manager should have the ability to multi-task, be organized to meet tight deadlines and be extremely process focused on excelling in a fast-paced environment.

As a team leader, you will be responsible for managing a high-performance team to build and integrate cloud-based applications with the Salesforce platform and ensure the team is delivering on daily tasks outlined in the weekly targets.

Salesforce Software Engineering Manager will support and be responsible for client delivery, proposals, new business opportunities, and knowledge management. This includes product launches, hardware/software updates and major deployments.

At Crossover, we set high-quality bars and push for constant improvements, and the Salesforce Engineering leader will be assisting teams with issue resolution, decision making and facilitating cross-functional groups.

Your Salesforce support activities will also include:

  • Lead Salesforce support team members, evaluate results and provide guidance

  • Establish best practices/standards/processes through the entire Support process.

  • Perform project tasks independently, and direct the efforts of others

  • Review deliverables to ensure accuracy and quality

  • Coach junior staff

  • Follow up with customers to identify areas of improvement.

  • Improve customer support by responding to queries and handling complaints.

  • Monitor and document employee performance results

  • Bring ideas for process and efficiency improvements

 
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Analysis and Solution Definition:
• Coordination, implementation, and delivery of selected projects initiated within Marketing Services in a systematic fashion

• Support the communication effort required to implement technology enhancements effectively

• Work with internal functional experts, suppliers, and consultants on various teams to develop and communicate programs


Project Execution:
• Meeting Project Leaders to discuss strategy for integration of project systems, databases, or application modules to improve operational performance and consistency of documentation

• Ensures that projects remain on schedule and within budget

• Works to mitigate any risks

• Prepares reports on project progress and problems

 
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering

5+ years of Salesforce.com platform experience

3+ years experience leading software development teams

Proven managerial experience in leading a team of more than 20 heads

Salesforce.com certification required

Project Management methodology knowledge

CRM knowledge

Strong customer service orientation

Must have good Presentation, Negotiation, Influencing skills

Selling skills

A true “roll up the sleeves and get it done” working approach

Demonstrated success as a problem solver, result-oriented, & a self-starter

Comfortable “working virtually” with teammates and customers around the world

Good proficiency in the English language
