This role will represent GFI as the technical thought leader in enterprise IT solutions for customers. You will be the technical wizard who determines what the customer needs. You will create customized demos to provide objective information about GFI products and identify how GFI can solve their issues and bring value to their business. Customers and internal sales teams rely on you to demystify the inner workings and best practices of GFI’s solutions.

What you will be doing
  • Deliver a POC/demo that matches the benefits of products to customers’ business needs 
  • Create content for customer engagements and prepare for meetings with the internal sales team 
  • Actively listen and respond to customer questions and concerns
What you will NOT be doing
  • Working merely on a single product
  • Pitching the same demo to generic audiences; you will craft tailored presentations for technical and business-oriented customers
  • Coding and solving technical challenges
Key Responsibilities
  • Creating high-quality, solution messaging content including presentation decks, white papers, battle cards, and product demos
  • Evangelizing the value of the solution to customers through customer-facing interactions and async communication
Candidate Requirements
  • Able to work during European or North American timezones
  • 2+ years of technical sales experience
