Are you an aspiring CTO who has technical leadership experience in Mobile Solutions delivery and is ready to scale up to devise Business Vision and Strategy, and define & execute IT roadmap? You should join our Solutions team. We want you to lead ideation and Mobile strategy for all Aurea PS Solutions.
What you will be doing
As a seasoned Mobile Expert
- You will participate in both technical and business-level discussions.
- You will have the ability to communicate clearly in both written and verbal form with an appreciation that the WHAT, WHY, and HOW of software development are all equally important.
- You adopt an execution methodology that solid user experience and well-understood use cases matter as much as great architecture and technology.
- You will ingrain this culture across all stake-holders.
- You will make architecture and technology decisions that strike the right balance of non-functional requirements, business use-cases and cost of development & operations.
What you will NOT be doing
You are just a technology expert who wants to operate in silo, building next-gen software without taking into account the business needs and end-customer value.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the vision, strategy and execution of the Mobile Component for all Aurea Solutions. In addition, you will be involved, hands-on, working closely with the development team to convert the vision into reality and also engaging with end customer on Solution adoption.
Candidate Requirements
An expert on:
- Mobile development architecture topics: Native, hybrid, cross-platform, and web options and the applicability of each,
- Device management, Data handling and APIs (e.g., REST, GraphQL), Offline data access, Security (authentication, encryption, etc…).
- Java, JavaScript, React Native and has exposure of one of the mobile platforms - Native Android development (using Java or Kotlin), Native iOS development (using Objective-C or Swift), Flutter, Ionic, Xamarin
- AWS architecture
Nice to have
- Agile Delivery Methodologies - Scrum, Kanban, SAFe
- Program Management and Customer Success Management
