What you will be doing

What you will NOT be doing

  • Micromanaging day-to-day operations or getting bogged down in traditional management tasks. Our streamlined processes ensure quality, freeing you to focus on high-impact strategy.
  • Spending the majority of your time on partner recruitment. While growth is crucial, your focus will be on cultivating and optimizing existing partnerships for maximum value.
  • Stressing over fluctuating monthly earnings. We believe in rewarding impact, not just activity, with a compensation structure that aligns with long-term success.

Key responsibilities

Drive strategic partnership expansion, resulting in accelerated market penetration, elevated partner retention rates, and substantial revenue growth across our channel ecosystem.

Candidate requirements

  • Current residence in the United States or Canada, with the ability to travel frequently to partner sites
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in client-facing roles such as sales, account management, business development, or customer success
  • Demonstrated success in channel sales, with a track record of building and nurturing strategic partnerships
  • Strong technical aptitude, particularly in cybersecurity, backup solutions, or IT-related concepts
  • Proficiency with GenAI tools like ChatGPT and Perplexity, showcasing your commitment to leveraging cutting-edge technology in sales strategies
