What you will be doing

  • Partner Recruitment and Onboarding: Identify and onboard new partners, ensuring alignment with GFI's values and market goals.
  • Training and Development: Equip partners with cutting-edge training and resources for effective product sales and support.
  • Performance Monitoring and Management: Assess partner performance using advanced metrics to optimize outcomes and identify improvement areas.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Directly selling to end-user customers
  • Focusing on quantity over quality in partner engagements
  • Managing unpredictable earnings or extensive travel

Key responsibilities

  • Drive sustained revenue growth by efficiently managing and optimizing our network of distributors, resellers, and MSPs with Generative AI tools.

Candidate requirements

  • Advanced generative AI proficiency, including automation and custom GPTs; basic LLM usage is insufficient
  • 1+ year of indirect channel sales experience in the software industry
