Description

Ready to revolutionize education through the power of AI? Welcome to the future of learning.

At 2 Hour Learning, we're pioneering an AI-first approach that's shattering traditional educational paradigms. Our students aren't just succeeding—they're excelling beyond expectations, scoring top marks on AP exams and achieving remarkable growth on MAP assessments.

As our Vice President of Learning, you'll be the visionary architect behind our groundbreaking teacher-less education model. You'll harness cutting-edge AI technology to create personalized learning experiences that adapt in real-time to each student's unique journey.

  • Digitizing traditional classroom methods—we're creating something entirely new
  • Working in a data vacuum—direct student engagement is key to our success
  • Playing it safe—bold, data-backed innovation is our north star
  • Following conventional wisdom—we welcome fresh approaches to learning
  • Resisting AI advancement—we embrace AI as the catalyst for educational transformation

Key responsibilities

Your core mission is to spearhead innovation in AI-driven education across our network of campuses. You'll merge sophisticated data analytics with meaningful student interactions to continuously enhance our learning ecosystem, with success measured through concrete metrics like AP exam scores and MAP assessment growth rates.
