This isn't your ordinary leadership position. We are in search of a seasoned, senior-level evangelist and visionary who can drive significant user adoption and redefine the future of learning on a global scale. You'll harness generative AI to enhance productivity and customer engagement while spearheading and nurturing our sales team.

What you will be doing

  • Crafting and executing a strategic sales plan aimed at US education providers.
  • Forming and nurturing strategic alliances with key educational institutions.
  • Championing initiatives to boost user adoption and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Establishing a personal brand through public speaking, publishing, and thought leadership in the education and AI arenas.
  • Leading and evolving the sales organization to meet growth objectives.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Concentrating solely on internal operations and team oversight.
  • Managing conventional school operations or curriculum development.
  • Engaging in monotonous cold calling or high-pressure sales tactics.
  • Assuming a purely advisory role without active sales leadership involvement.

Key responsibilities

Oversee the strategic development and execution of initiatives to drive user adoption and sales of AI-enabled educational products, including LMS, PI, and other solutions, within the US education sector.

Candidate requirements

  • Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and market penetration in the US education sector, including building or selling an EdTech product with at least $10M in revenue.
  • Established connections with decision-makers in US school districts and state education departments.
  • Experience with generative AI tools to achieve measurable productivity or product enhancements.
  • Ability to cultivate and engage a social media following.
  • Proven track record in leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Currently residing in the US and willing to travel for public engagements.
  • Eligible to work for any US employer without visa sponsorship.
