Enrollment Consultant   $150,000 USD/year

Description

Many families have no idea this kind of school is even available. Your role is to ensure those who are serious commit with clarity.

Texas Sports Academy operates on a model few institutions will attempt: combining elite-level athletic training with accelerated academic rigor without compromise. Families who discover us are already seeking an alternative. What they need is someone capable of guiding them toward a confident decision.

That person is you. You conduct diagnostic, consultative sales discussions — not passive follow-up campaigns. You identify the root of any hesitation, address it head-on, resolve it, and request enrollment. You manage a pipeline of 20+ active prospects in CRM with well-defined stages and reliable probability forecasts. Your success is measured by conversion outcomes, not call volume. When momentum stops, you disqualify — maintaining pipeline integrity is strategic discipline, not defeat.

This position is on-site in San Antonio, TX or Dallas, TX. If you're located there — or prepared to relocate — submit your application now.

What you will be doing

  • Conducting 1:1 consultative enrollment discussions with prospective families through phone, Zoom, and face-to-face meetings — identifying academic needs, athletic goals, and family priorities before presenting solutions
  • Identifying and addressing objections as they arise — including concerns about cost, program structure, and alternative options — during the conversation, not afterward
  • Requesting enrollment commitment and finalizing the close — every conversation concludes with payment processing, not vague next steps
  • Managing a real-time pipeline of 20+ active prospects from start to finish — updating stage progression and close likelihood in CRM, executing timely and tailored follow-ups after each touchpoint, and proactively removing inactive opportunities instead of allowing them to linger

What you will NOT be doing

  • Handing off the closing process to a senior admissions leader or school executive — you control the full enrollment conversation from initial contact to signed commitment
  • Relying on a pre-written objection handling script — every family's concern is unique and requires live diagnosis
  • Allowing families to delay indefinitely — you establish the decision timeline and move it forward deliberately

Key responsibilities

Deliver steady enrollment expansion for Texas Sports Academy by converting qualified prospective families into confirmed paid enrollments using structured consultative sales methodology.

Candidate requirements

  • At least 5+ sales or enrollment conversations where you were personally responsible for the final ask
  • Experience managing 10+ concurrent prospects in a defined pipeline
  • Experience using a CRM (HubSpot preferred) to manage pipeline stages, log interactions, and track close probability
  • Experience handling a live prospect objection on price, skepticism, or alternatives
  • Based in or willing to relocate to San Antonio, TX or Dallas, TX; this is an on-site role
  • Eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship

Nice to have

  • Background in K–12 private school admissions, tutoring center enrollment, or learning center sales where a parent is the primary decision-maker and the product requires explanation
  • Experience selling a non-traditional education model (micro school, competency-based learning, hybrid or accelerated academics) to skeptical families
  • Demonstrated pipeline discipline — can show conversion rate improvement over a defined period, with data on how deals were tracked, prioritized, and closed
