What you will be doing

  • Engage with customers using AI to resolve issues swiftly, conduct personalized check-ins, and analyze feedback to strengthen communication.
  • Drive product engagement by utilizing AI for tailored recommendations, virtual assistance, and enhancing user experiences.
  • Focus on optimizing customer success strategies to promote growth and reduce churn through upselling and strategic enhancements.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Bringing in new clients
  • Managing technical support tickets
  • Developing products

Key responsibilities

  • Utilize AI to boost customer retention, engagement, and business expansion by anticipating needs, personalizing interactions, and identifying upselling opportunities.

Candidate requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in customer success within the B2B software sector
  • Hands-on experience with GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Bard
