What you will be doing

  • Orchestrate AI-enhanced customer journeys that transform routine check-ins into strategic growth opportunities

What you will NOT be doing

  • Cold calling or pursuing new customer acquisition
  • Managing day-to-day technical support issues
  • Writing code or developing product features

Key responsibilities

  • Champion customer success by leveraging AI-driven insights to identify growth opportunities, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive business expansion through strategic relationship management and proactive engagement

Candidate requirements

  • Proven track record of 2+ years in B2B software customer success, demonstrating exceptional relationship management skills
  • Hands-on experience with modern AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Bard, showing ability to adapt to emerging technologies
