What you will be doing

  • Forge powerful, peer-level connections with students that ignite curiosity and instill a limitless mindset
  • Master and deploy AI-powered adaptive learning tools to create truly personalized educational experiences
  • Cultivate an environment where ambition thrives, guiding students to identify and develop their unique strengths
  • Contribute strategic insights to continuously evolve Alpha's revolutionary educational model
  • Design and lead transformative life skills workshops that prepare students for exceptional achievement

What you will NOT be doing

  • Delivering conventional lectures or following rigid curriculum frameworks—you are neither a traditional teacher nor a teaching assistant
  • Focusing solely on academic metrics while neglecting the critical personal development journey of each student
  • Restricting learning to outdated methodologies that fail to leverage cutting-edge technology and innovative approaches

Key responsibilities

Your mission is to deliver on Alpha's promise: cultivating limitless mindsets in students and creating an environment where learning transcends traditional boundaries, directly impacting the future trajectory of each child in our program.

Candidate requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (field of study not specified)
  • Exceptional public speaking ability with proven capacity to engage and energize diverse audiences
  • Genuine passion for connecting with, inspiring, and motivating K-8th grade students
  • Demonstrated experience in coaching or mentoring children in any capacity
  • Legal authorization to work in the US without visa sponsorship
  • Commitment to work in-person at either our Brownsville or Nassau campus
  • Availability to attend mandatory paid training program at our Austin, TX headquarters
