- Delivering conventional lectures or following rigid curriculum frameworks—you are neither a traditional teacher nor a teaching assistant
- Focusing solely on academic metrics while neglecting the critical personal development journey of each student
- Restricting learning to outdated methodologies that fail to leverage cutting-edge technology and innovative approaches

Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree (field of study not specified)
- Exceptional public speaking ability with proven capacity to engage and energize diverse audiences
- Genuine passion for connecting with, inspiring, and motivating K-8th grade students
- Demonstrated experience in coaching or mentoring children in any capacity
- Legal authorization to work in the US without visa sponsorship
- Commitment to work in-person at either our Brownsville or Nassau campus
- Availability to attend mandatory paid training program at our Austin, TX headquarters
