Build the future of education at America's fastest growing school.
Alpha reimagines the school day around faster learning, stronger mentorship, and more time for students to build real-world skills. It’s a bold new model built for families who want more from education, and for talented people who want their work to matter.
If you’re excited by the idea of helping students learn faster, think bigger, and love school, Alpha is where you will do the most meaningful work of your career.
Make people-first referrals the majority source of your region's enrollment growth.
The families who choose Alpha rarely arrive from an ad. They arrive because another family sat across from them at dinner and said, "This changed my kid." That word-of-mouth engine is the thing you would own for an entire region: the dinners, the parent ambassadors, the mayor's office, the CEO who opens a door for a 14-year-old's first real project.
A normal week puts you in four rooms. You design and host the region's calendar of gatherings, from a 150-person open house to an eight-seat curated dinner, several a month. You recruit current parents who genuinely want to talk to prospective ones and match them, family to family. You build relationships with city officials and business leaders, turning them into venues, sources of support for new campus openings, and real opportunities for students. And you deliver on the Alpha Networks: introductions, expert masterclasses, internships, alumni welcomes, logged family by family.
There is no finished playbook. You write it while running it, and the systems you invent get picked up by peers building the same engine in other cities. As the region grows, the scoreboard gets harder, not easier: doors opened per family has to rise even as enrollment climbs. Success shows up as the share of growth arriving through real people vouching for Alpha, read on a multi-year trend rather than a quarterly report.
No degree is required, and no particular pedigree. An MBA, a consulting or wealth-management career, and a self-made run in community, hospitality, or advancement all count the same here. What we read is the track record of convening people and turning those relationships into value.
This role is on-site in one of the following regions: Miami, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Boston, Dallas, or New York City. Expect evenings and weekends in rooms full of high-expectation parents, elected officials, and founders, plus regular local travel. You will be the most connected person in your city, and you will spend that on kids. If that trade sounds like the point rather than the cost, apply.

Alpha is creating a school day with more room for students to grow. Students move through academics faster, but the real mission is much bigger than speed - giving them more time for confidence, life skills, curiosity, connection, and growth beyond the classroom.
Alpha’s model is built for people who believe school can ask more of students while giving them more in return.
Alpha doesn't believe in 'good enough.' The work attracts inspiring educators, operators, leaders, and visionaries who want to be excellent at what they do, and be surrounded by colleagues who know education can be better for everyone.
For the right person, this kind of culture is deeply motivating. It's a place to do some of the most industry-changing work in education, with people who really care about the outcome.
Bring your talent to a team that raises the bar.
Alpha uses AI technology to create more space for what students need from people - guidance, encouragement, mentorship, motivation, and meaningful connection. The goal isn't to make education less human, or replace teachers with AI. It's to give talented people more room to do the work students remember.
For educators, Alpha is where impact achieves its highest potential. For non-educators, it's a way to bring serious talent into work that changes real student lives.
