This role demands high performers who want to channel that drive into fixing a broken system. You won't grade papers or follow a curriculum. You'll lead workshops, ignite curiosity, and prove that learning knows no bounds when students own their education.

What you will be doing
- Connecting with K-2 students as a mentor, building trust and inspiring a limitless mindset
- Using AI and adaptive learning tools to personalize education paths
- Designing and leading life-skills workshops (public speaking, goal-setting, collaboration) that prepare students for lifelong success
- Fostering a culture of curiosity, ambition, and growth
- Help students identify their strengths and interests
Candidate requirements
- Willing to work in-person at one of our campuses: Austin, TX; Fort Worth, TX; or Scottsdale (Phoenix), AZ
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- At least 3 years of experience working with children ages 4–8 in education, afterschool, coaching, or similar environments
- Strong public speaking skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage and energize young audiences
- A desire to connect, inspire, and motivate K-2 students
- Legal right to work in the US without visa sponsorship
- Able to attend a paid training program at our Austin, TX campus
