Are you ready to break the mold of traditional teaching in early childhood? Alpha is calling for compassionate educators who excel at guiding the first steps of preschool-aged children. If you have a natural talent for engaging the youngest minds, this role offers you a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.
Alpha's vision is a radical departure from the old-school educational model and embraces a world where learning is an adventure, not a chore. We're reimagining the most formative years in education, centering around learner-led experiences. What's your part? You're a guide, a mentor supporting each child's unique developmental journey. Your role is to inspire and celebrate each milestone as preschoolers embark on their lifelong love of learning.
In this role, you will conduct interactive sessions that are a seamless mix of fun and learning to foster motor and sensory skills. You will help preschoolers develop interpersonal skills through activities that encourage interaction, emotional recognition, and expression. Your focus will be on recognizing and addressing each child's unique developmental needs, ensuring they confidently reach their individual milestones at a pace that suits them.
