Associate Dean of Parents   $200,000 USD/year

Description

LOCATION NOTE: This is an on-site role at one of the campuses listed below, with local travel as needed.

If guiding families into a radically different model of education feels like your calling, this role puts you on the front lines of the movement.

Alpha isn’t a traditional school. Students here finish core academics in just two hours a day using AI-powered apps. The rest of the day? Real-world skills—public speaking, critical thinking, team challenges, and projects that actually matter. No lectures. No busywork. Just accelerated learning and top 1% results nationwide. This model demands a different kind of parent partnership—and that’s where you come in.

You will be the face of your campus, leading the charge to grow enrollment, trust, and advocacy. You’ll host powerful info sessions, forge deep relationships in the community, and convert interest into waitlist momentum. But your role doesn’t stop there. You’ll also be the go-to for families throughout their Alpha journey—addressing concerns, building loyalty, and turning parents into outspoken champions of the model.

This is a high-trust, high-autonomy role with clear stakes. You’ll be embedded in one campus, on-site most of the time, driving real outcomes—not just following a script. If you believe that most schools are failing kids—and that there’s a better way—this is your shot to prove it.

  • Hosting compelling info sessions and 1:1 conversations that convert curious parents into committed advocates

  • Building visibility and trust through frequent on-site presence, local partnerships, and strategic outreach
  • Activating parent champions to amplify referrals and community influence

What you will NOT be doing

  • Relying on scripted sales tactics or transactional outreach
  • Delegating relationship-building to campus staff or taking a background role
  • Letting organized parent groups dictate or dilute Alpha’s educational model
  • Sitting behind a desk—this role is deeply embedded in the parent experience and community
