This is a full-time, in-person position at our campuses in Austin, TX, Plano, TX, and Spotswood, NJ.

What you will be doing

  • Elevate our Guide team through world-class training, mentorship, and professional development
  • Architect comprehensive Guide Playbooks that capture best practices and innovative approaches to student facilitation
  • Deliver high-impact, actionable feedback that transforms Guide performance and maximizes student outcomes
  • Personally mentor a select group of students, showcasing elite coaching techniques that inspire our entire team

What you will NOT be doing

  • Creating traditional curriculum—our technology-driven approach means your focus is on developing exceptional facilitators, not lesson planning
  • Compromising excellence—you'll be the guardian of our high standards, ensuring every student reaches their full potential
  • Running conventional training sessions—your development approach will be dynamic, interactive, and designed for maximum impact

Key responsibilities

Champion and orchestrate the development of our Guide team, ensuring they masterfully implement the Alpha learning system with unparalleled excellence and consistency across all locations.

Candidate requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field—we value diverse educational backgrounds
  • 5+ years of proven experience in education, L&D, coaching, or related fields
  • Track record of creating and implementing groundbreaking educational initiatives that drive measurable results
  • Exceptional leadership capabilities with demonstrated success in building and inspiring high-achievement teams
  • Substantial experience working with youth (ages 5-18) in developmental or educational contexts
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to enhance performance and drive continuous improvement
  • Commitment to working on-site at one of our campus locations (Austin, TX, Plano, TX, or Spotswood, NJ)
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
