What you will be doing

  • Lead the training and development of Guides to execute the Alpha learning system with unparalleled excellence
  • Design Guide Playbooks that outline best practices for facilitation, create engaging learning activities, and address challenges
  • Offer consistent, actionable feedback to Guides to boost student engagement and success
  • Mentor a select group of students, demonstrating expert coaching and motivation techniques

What you will NOT be doing

  • Crafting lesson plans – your Guides will facilitate learning through adaptive apps; your role is to train them as outstanding facilitators
  • Compromising standards – maintaining a 100% passing grade is essential
  • Delivering monotonous training – you'll engage Guides through lively, hands-on development sessions

Key responsibilities

Develop and train a team of Guides to execute the Alpha system with exceptional quality.

Candidate requirements

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing cutting-edge educational programs, curricula, or training schemes.
  • Exceptional leadership and mentorship skills, with the capability to build, manage, and inspire high-performing teams.
  • Experience working with youth (ages 5-18) in educational or developmental roles.
  • Skilled in data analysis and using metrics to inform decisions and drive improvements.
  • Open to working on-site in one of the following locations: Austin, Houston, Fort Worth, Tampa, Orlando, or West Palm Beach
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
