What you will be doing
<p>Your mission, should you choose to accept it, includes:</p>

<li>Orchestrating the development of our Guide team, transforming them into masters of the Alpha learning system</li>
<li>Crafting comprehensive Guide Playbooks that set the gold standard for learning facilitation</li>
<li>Delivering game-changing feedback that elevates Guide performance and student outcomes</li>
<li>Taking a hands-on role in student development by personally mentoring a select group, showcasing what excellence looks like in action</li>

What you will NOT be doing

<li>Traditional lesson planning - our sophisticated adaptive technology handles that; you'll focus on making our Guides exceptional facilitators</li>

Key responsibilities
<p>Your core mission is to elevate our Guide team to unprecedented levels of excellence in implementing the Alpha system, ensuring every student receives a world-class educational experience.</p>
Candidate requirements
<p>The ideal candidate will bring:</p>
<ul>
<li>A Bachelor's degree that demonstrates your academic foundation</li>
<li>5+ years of proven success in education, L&D, coaching, or similar fields</li>
<li>A track record of creating and implementing breakthrough educational initiatives</li>
<li>The ability to inspire, lead, and cultivate high-performing teams</li>
<li>Meaningful experience in youth development (ages 5-18)</li>
<li>Sharp analytical skills and a data-driven approach to improvement</li>
<li>Commitment to working on-site in either Tampa or West Palm Beach, FL</li>
<li>Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship</li>
