What you will be doing

  • Empower students to become self-directed learners by setting and achieving personal goals.
  • Deliver targeted instruction in social-emotional skills and foundational literacy, supported by Reading Specialists.
  • Create an interactive learning environment that nurtures curiosity and resilience.
  • Leverage AI-driven tools to enhance educational outcomes and prepare students for a tech-integrated future.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support each student's unique learning journey.

Candidate requirements

  • Committed to working in-person at our Miami, FL, or Austin, TX campus.
  • Hold a college degree in any field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with children aged 4-8 in educational or related settings.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply growth mindset and high-performance coaching strategies.
  • Enthusiastic about integrating AI and advanced technologies in education.
  • Authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

While meeting the core requirements is crucial, these additional qualifications will set your application apart:

  • Degree or certification in early learning, education, or child development.
  • Advanced certifications in early childhood methodologies (CDA, Montessori, Reggio Emilia).
  • Experience as a K-2 teacher, reading coach, or literacy specialist with formal training in reading & phonics frameworks.
  • Background in personalized learning and educational technology integration.
