Your mission? To double the speed at which students master language concepts and literary analysis, from foundational phonics to sophisticated literary critique.

Students on our platform consistently achieve top scores on AP exams, show over two years' growth on annual MAP assessments, and exceed their academic expectations. What you will be doing

  • Utilizing AI to unearth patterns in student reading and writing data, transforming these insights into innovative strategies that redefine English instruction and literary analysis.
  • Creating AI-driven tools that adapt to individual learning styles, making grammar intuitive, vocabulary building engaging, and literary analysis accessible to students of all levels.
  • Designing dynamic, real-time learning pathways that guide students from phonics to complex text analysis, ensuring each learner advances at their own best pace.
  • Collaborating with a diverse team of educators, linguists, and AI experts to expand the limits of language education, directly influencing the educational journey of countless students.
  • Converting classic and modern literature into interactive, AI-enhanced experiences that educate and ignite a passion for reading and writing in students.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Managing traditional English curriculums or handling routine administrative duties—this role focuses on innovation and strategic enhancements in teaching and learning language arts within our accelerated model.
  • Working alone—you'll be part of a vibrant team exploring the cutting edge of AI in English education.
  • Concentrating solely on theoretical models—each AI model you develop will have a direct impact on student comprehension and application of language skills in practical settings, all within the 2 Hour Learning framework.

Key responsibilities

Lead efforts to achieve measurable improvements in student English and Language Arts outcomes using AI-driven analysis and implementation. This includes accelerating skill mastery by 2x across various domains such as reading, writing, grammar, and literature analysis for all grade levels, within our innovative 2 Hour Learning model.

Candidate requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Literature, Linguistics, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience teaching English/Language Arts or developing ELA curriculum, with demonstrable impact on learning outcomes
  • Basic coding skills in any programming language
  • Experience in designing, implementing, or using AI systems for tasks like content generation, data analysis, or adaptive learning
  • Proven ability to analyze complex data and derive actionable insights
  • Strong communication skills, capable of explaining complex English/Language Arts concepts to diverse audiences professionally
