Description

Ready to pioneer the next chapter in English education? At 2 Hour Learning, we're fusing the art of language with the power of AI to create an educational revolution. We're not just teaching English—we're redefining how students experience, understand, and master it.

Picture yourself at the intersection of Shakespeare and silicon, where your expertise in language arts meets cutting-edge AI technology. Our mission? To empower students to master English concepts twice as fast as traditional methods, backed by impressive data: our students consistently ace AP exams, exceed MAP assessment expectations, and achieve what they once thought impossible.

We're searching for a forward-thinking mind who can bridge the gap between classical literature and modern technology, someone who can transform complex linguistic patterns into engaging, adaptive learning experiences that resonate with today's students.

What you will be doing

  • Harness AI to decode student learning patterns, creating innovative approaches that make English mastery both faster and more engaging
  • Engineer smart, adaptive learning tools that turn grammar from grueling to gratifying and vocabulary from mundane to memorable
  • Architect personalized learning journeys that flex and grow with each student, ensuring optimal progression from basic language skills to advanced literary analysis
  • Join forces with our multidisciplinary dream team to push the envelope of what's possible in language education
  • Reimagine literary classics through an AI lens, creating immersive experiences that spark genuine enthusiasm for reading and writing

What you will NOT be doing

  • Getting bogged down in traditional curriculum management or administrative paperwork—your focus is on revolutionary educational innovation
  • Flying solo—you'll be an integral part of a passionate team dedicated to transforming English education
  • Getting lost in theoretical concepts—your AI innovations will have immediate, practical impact on student success within our accelerated learning framework

Key responsibilities

Your mission is to supercharge student achievement in English and Language Arts through AI-powered solutions. Success means doubling the speed at which students master core competencies—from reading comprehension to literary analysis—while maintaining excellence across all grade levels within our innovative 2 Hour Learning ecosystem.

Candidate requirements

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Literature, Linguistics, or related discipline
  • Proven track record of 3+ years teaching ELA or developing curriculum with measurable impact
  • Working knowledge of at least one programming language
  • Hands-on experience with AI systems in educational contexts (content creation, data analysis, adaptive learning)
  • Sharp analytical mind capable of transforming complex data into meaningful educational strategies
  • Outstanding communication abilities to bridge the gap between technical concepts and diverse audiences
