What you will be doing

Key responsibilities
Spearhead measurable improvements in student English and Language Arts outcomes through AI-driven analysis and implementation. Your goal: demonstrate a 2x acceleration in skill mastery across reading, writing, grammar, and literature analysis at all grade levels, all within our innovative 2 Hour Learning model.
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Literature, Linguistics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience teaching English/Language Arts or developing ELA curriculum, with proven impact on learning outcomes
- Basic coding proficiency in any programming language
- Experience designing, implementing, or leveraging AI systems for content generation, data analysis, or adaptive learning
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and extract actionable insights
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating complex English/Language Arts concepts to diverse stakeholders in a professional setting
