Key responsibilities

Your mission is clear: engineer and implement AI-powered solutions that double the speed of student mastery across all English Language Arts domains. From reading comprehension to writing proficiency, from basic grammar to advanced literary analysis - your work will accelerate learning and transform outcomes within our groundbreaking 2 Hour Learning framework.

Candidate requirements

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Literature, Linguistics, or related field - your foundation in language arts must be rock-solid
  • Bring 3+ years of battlefield experience in ELA teaching or curriculum development, with concrete evidence of your impact
  • Know your way around code - proficiency in any programming language will do
  • Have hands-on experience with AI systems in educational contexts (content creation, analytics, or adaptive learning)
  • Possess the analytical mindset to turn complex data into actionable educational strategies
  • Command communication skills that can translate sophisticated concepts into clear, compelling messages for any audience
