What you will be doing

  • Harness AI to uncover patterns in student data, forging revolutionary strategies that redefine English language instruction and literary analysis.
  • Engineer AI-powered tools that adapt to individual learning styles, making grammar intuitive, vocabulary exciting, and literary analysis accessible to all.
  • Construct dynamic, real-time learning pathways that guide students from basic phonics to complex text analysis, optimizing each learner's progression.
  • Collaborate with a elite team of educators, linguists, and AI experts to push the boundaries of language education, directly impacting thousands of students.
  • Transform literature into interactive, AI-enhanced experiences that not only educate but ignite a passion for reading and writing.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Managing outdated curricula or drowning in administrative tasks—your focus is on groundbreaking innovation within our accelerated model.
  • Working in isolation—you'll be at the heart of our dynamic team, pushing the frontiers of AI in English education.
  • Theorizing without action—every AI model you develop will have immediate, tangible impact on real-world student outcomes within the 2 Hour Learning framework.

Key responsibilities

Spearhead measurable improvements in student English and Language Arts outcomes through AI-driven analysis and implementation. Your goal: demonstrate a 2x acceleration in skill mastery across reading, writing, grammar, and literature analysis at all grade levels, all within our innovative 2 Hour Learning model.

Candidate requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Literature, Linguistics, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience teaching English/Language Arts or developing ELA curriculum, with proven impact on learning outcomes
  • Basic coding proficiency in any programming language
  • Experience designing, implementing, or leveraging AI systems for content generation, data analysis, or adaptive learning
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and extract actionable insights
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating complex English/Language Arts concepts to diverse stakeholders in a professional setting
