In this role, you will play a critical part in our daily operations by remotely driving cross-team collaboration and ensuring successful project delivery with our global development team. Each day is going to be different. You will drive project delivery while working with a number of stakeholders. What you will be doing

  • Project Management: Develop accurate project plans, track plan progress, update stakeholders, and report on project metrics 
  • Scrum Master: Lead Scrum ceremonies, resolve team sprint issues, and use agile metrics

What you will NOT be doing

  • Mentoring and teaching other developers
  • Serving as a product owner

Key responsibilities

Facilitating on-time, high-quality project implementation, and delivery

Candidate requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a project manager or Scrum master at a software company
  • Degree in computer science, engineering, or another technical field OR 4+ years experience in professional software development 
  • 4+ years of experience in the software field, including experience in a technical role such as software development, systems analysis, or quality assurance
  • Able to work a schedule with at least 4 hours of overlap with standard work hours in the Australian Eastern Time Zone
