Description

IMPORTANT: In-person role in Austin, TX, starting April 2024. Relocation support provided for top candidates.

Are you ready to transform education and shape the future? Are you an entrepreneur at heart, passionate about harnessing the power of technology to transform education? Join Alpha School and become the architect behind AlphaX – our signature initiative designed to disrupt traditional learning paradigms.

Alpha isn’t just a place for learning; it’s a ground for innovation, where students are coached to pursue "Masterpiece Projects." AlphaX empowers high-school students to embark on a journey of self-discovery, guiding them to unearth their passions, develop unparalleled expertise, and execute ambitious projects. Here, your entrepreneurial spirit will be the beacon that guides the next generation of innovators and leaders.

This role isn’t just about managing a program; it's about crafting an ecosystem where high school students achieve the extraordinary. By integrating the latest technologies and adopting a startup mindset, you will lead AlphaX to new heights, inspiring students to turn their groundbreaking ideas into reality. If you're driven by innovation, mentorship, and the desire to leave a lasting mark on education, join us in shaping a future where learning knows no bounds.

What you will be doing

  • Entrepreneurial Mentorship: Inspire students with your entrepreneurial spirit, guiding them through the process of turning ambitious ideas into tangible outcomes.
  • Innovative Program Development: Continuously evolve the AlphaX curriculum by integrating cutting-edge technologies and methodologies, ensuring it remains at the forefront of educational innovation.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Leverage your network to build partnerships that enhance the AlphaX experience, bringing real-world challenges and opportunities into the classroom.
  • Visionary Leadership: Drive the program’s direction with a bold, entrepreneurial approach, setting ambitious goals and milestones for both students and the program itself.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Relying on traditional education models—our approach is futuristic and impact-driven.
  • Limiting creativity—encourage boundless innovation instead.
  • Working solo—you'll collaborate with a community of visionary students, educators, and industry leaders.
  • Settling for the status quo—pushing boundaries is what we do.

Key responsibilities

Champion the entrepreneurial journey of AlphaX students, guiding them to find their passion, master their craft, and execute Masterpiece projects with the intensity and dedication of Olympic athletes.
