Description

Are you a customer experience (CX) generalist with deep expertise in CPQ and an interest in process automation? Do you keep pace with the most recent innovations in CX and AI?

If so, Trilogy’s AI-First Professional Services team is for you. Our mission is to revitalize businesses by prioritizing customer success, AI-driven technology refactoring, and strategic realignment. As part of our 2025 strategy, we’re driving innovative approaches to evolving Salesforce-native CPQ applications. Our goal is to build a lean, highly efficient team capable of addressing complex architecture challenges while streamlining workflows with AI-driven automation.

You are not a delegator; you prioritize getting things and use AI to accelerate value delivery. You are not a narrow specialist; you embrace professional and personal range and are always willing to learn.

If you thrive in dynamic environments, while maintaining a strategic and holistic approach to driving business growth, the Trilogy’s PS team is your new home!

  • Lead strategic consulting engagements with customers to define CX and CPQ objectives and business requirements, incorporating automation and AI-powered workflows when and where possible
  • Ensure seamless CPQ integration within Salesforce by defining system requirements, including integration design, data mapping, and AI automation migration strategies across CRM, CPQ, CLM, ERP, and billing systems
  • Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities within customer processes, with a focus on improving user experience, accuracy, and efficiency

Key responsibilities

  • Guide customers in shaping and executing AI-powered customer experience and CPQ strategy
