Description

What if your entire job was about inspiring kids—not grading papers, enforcing discipline, or delivering scripted lessons?

At Novatio School, we’ve thrown out the rulebook and built a school that puts creativity, confidence, and curiosity at the center. Our students master academics in just two focused hours each morning, thanks to an AI-powered learning platform. Afternoons? That’s when the real fun begins. Students dive into hands-on, bilingual workshops designed to strengthen real-world skills and expand what they believe is possible.

Rather than delivering traditional lessons, you’ll become the kind of guide every student deserves—someone who motivates them daily and helps them build essential life skills through dynamic, hands-on workshops.

This role isn’t about managing a virtual classroom—it’s about sparking bold ideas, coaching students toward their goals, and helping them discover what they’re truly capable of. If you want to reimagine what it means to “teach,” we want to hear from you.

What you will be doing

  • Leading interactive virtual workshops that strengthen life skills like teamwork, communication, entrepreneurship, and creative expression
  • Coaching students in both English and Spanish immersion tracks through hands-on, project-based learning
  • Creating a safe, energetic virtual space where students feel inspired to experiment and grow
  • Using learning data and insights to tailor support and encouragement for every student
  • Collaborating with educators across time zones and backgrounds to deliver an engaging, flexible learning experience

What you will NOT be doing

  • Teaching core academic subjects (those are handled by our AI tutors)
  • Following a rigid schedule or teaching model
  • Leading lecture-style, passive learning environments

Key responsibilities

Inspire students around the world to become confident, bilingual problem-solvers by leading immersive life-skills workshops in a virtual-first, flexible school environment.

Candidate requirements

  • Willing to work 8am - 5pm M-F US Mountain Time (UTC-7)
  • Valid teaching certificate, licensure, or equivalent (U.S., U.K, or Canada)
  • Experience mentoring, coaching, or teaching young people (Grades 4–8 ideal)
  • Strong comfort with virtual platforms and digital learning environments
  • Available to start by July 2025
  • Culturally responsive and excited to teach in a connected school

Nice to have

  • Spanish fluency (highly valued for our immersion track)
  • Experience leading bilingual workshops, clubs, or enrichment programs
  • Background in project-based learning, creative education, or alternative schools
